– “Client” refers to any individual or entity utilising the services of the Photographer.

– “Content” encompasses all materials, information, images, and other media displayed or provided on the Website.

– All Content on this Website, including photographs, is the exclusive property of the Photographer and is protected by New Zealand copyright laws.

– Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the photographs for personal purposes, including printing and sharing, but not for commercial use without the express written consent of the Photographer.

– Pricing for photography services is detailed on the Website.

– A deposit, the amount of which is specified on the Website or in the service agreement, is required to secure a booking.

– The balance of fees is due on or before the photography session date.

– Clients may request bookings through the Website or by contacting the Photographer directly.

– Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled session will be entitled to a full deposit refund.

– Cancellations made within five days of the scheduled session may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

– The Photographer will provide edited photographs to the Client within Two weeks after the photography session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

– Unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delivery delays, but the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to notify the Client of such delays.

– Clients grant the Photographer permission to use photographs from the session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the Photographer’s portfolio, social media, and marketing materials, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.

– The Photographer respects client privacy and will not disclose personal information to third parties without the Client’s consent.

– The Photographer maintains liability insurance but is not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from unforeseen circumstances or actions the Client took during the session.

– Clients are expected to arrive punctually for the photography session and to cooperate with the Photographer’s instructions and creative direction during the shoot.

– The Photographer reserves the right to terminate services due to non-payment, disruptive behaviour, or other reasons deemed appropriate by the Photographer.

– Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations or, if necessary, by the laws of New Zealand.
